Lovely photos, Joey! The bright yellows of the sunflowers on your last post are gorgeous, but I think I prefer this hydrangea--the scene looks so cool and inviting on this very hot day. I've always wondered if you frame some of your favorite photos--they would look wonderful hanging on your walls at home.
Thank you, dear jodi. With my head in two places, this thought came to me while downloading. Totally agree, this has been an odd summer and way too hot for me!
A lovely thought, Karen, and thank you. Indeed summer ... both were shot this July ... one here in my garden and one at our cottage on the lake.
Happy to see you back in action, Chad. Thanks!
Thanks, dear Kala. Happy exhibit!
Thank you, Eileen ... I love her too.
Hi Rose and thanks. I liked the thought of soft hydrangeas with the sunset, two of my favorite things. I haven't framed any lately since my office walls as well as photo gallery at lake are filled with previous favorites when shooting in film. Maybe time for an update :)
Hugs, Anna. I think of you often, dear talented friend. Surrounded by loved ones both near and far, you have many wonderful adventures in your life. I marvel how you do it all!
This is sooooo lovely, Joey. I can feel the peacefulness from here--without the heat and humidity. It's being quite an odd summer, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteHow creative! This just feels like summer!
ReplyDeleteI finally got my computer working and it's great to once again visit your blog. Beautiful picture, but I do like the less abstract top portion.
ReplyDeleteLovely creation Joey!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Joey, and of course Emily is one of my favorites.
