You've combined two of my favorite foods. I'll definitely be making this one. I hope you are enjoying your winter and staying warm! Did you get a blanket of snow this past week? Seems that winter hit the Midwest pretty hard.
ReplyDeleteHi Karin ~ enjoy! Do you have an oven cedar plank? I love mine and makes the house smell divine, even the next day. Yes, we did get snow but it has been a very mild winer compared to last year. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI so agree with the quote, Joey. I enjoy taking a breather from the garden and enjoying some indoor activities that I neglect during the summer. By March I will be ready for spring and so excited over any little bloom I find in the garden!
ReplyDeleteYour posting today makes me very very hungry! Love it. Jack
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your blogoversary, Joey! Gosh, I'm getting hungry now... ;-)
ReplyDeleteHi Joey,
ReplyDeleteGreat to see you!! I stopped by to get your Cranberry Lemon Cream Scones to make for me and a friend for tea this week. I made these several times and love them. I may try your pumpkin scones as well.
I visit often for inspiration and worry your site will be gone. I better start writing down my favorites, which are many many !!! With the cold week we're about to get this will be a joy to revisit your old posts, wonderful photos and quotes.
This post will be on the menu Wednesday to begin Lent. Sometimes, I feel a little guilty about not eating meat during Lent as we love fish.
Take care and stay warm,
