ReplyDeleteNot yet here but soon, I hope. Thank you, Eileen.
p3 ... thank you. It won't be long now!
A friend of mine was due today... but the kid's staying in, lol. :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a neat spring song, accompanied by shots of beautiful flowers that the rain has ushered in.
ReplyDeleteHappy April Joey! May you have many showers of love, blossoms and rain! Wonderful slide show and fun song . . . trying to recognize the singer!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Rick. Past rain showers :) Still behind but spring is here!
ReplyDeleteHi Carole and thank you. See, you are way too young ... it's Al Jolson!
Joey, this was just WONDERFUL! I enjoyed it so much! I just shared it on Our Little Acre's Facebook page. Thank you!!
ReplyDeleteThank you, dear Kylee. Wishing you a beautiful April. Spring is a bit fickle, slow to arrive but I'm hopeful! At the lake in northern MI this weekend ... still patches of snow and a frozen lake but Michigan beautiful.
ReplyDeleteJoey, I do believe you are an ole soul just like me. I wonder how many people remember listening to Al Jolson. So perfect for your beautiful photos!
ReplyDeleteAgree, Di, and thank you. Yes, ole souls are good and a treasure! We indeed share many of the same joys in life ... only a word/thought away, we are surely connected and for that I am thankful, dear friend :) April (((hugs)))
ReplyDeleteI love this quote, Joey! Looks like your garden is full of promises. Happy Spring!
ReplyDeleteWhat a delightful post, just perfect for Garden Bloggers' Muse Day. My favorite photo in the slideshow was the pussy willow. The photo with all the snow on the tulips...not so much my favorite. ha-ha I'm sick to death of anything to do with snow. However did you come upon such a perfect song for this post? I enjoyed it from beginning to end.

Lovely quote and slide show Joey. Spring really is in the air now!
ReplyDeleteNice presentation. What don't you have blooming ? !
ReplyDeleteBoy, that tune from Al Jolson is really old...before our time.
I was thinking it sounded like Al Jolson. How nice to find out I was right. Lovely. I'm just going to close my eyes and pretend that Spring is really here.
ReplyDeleteThis really made me happy.
Yes, promises Rose :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, dear Donna. 'Old as dirt' me loved Al Jolson since childhood. My sister and I, with a box of tissues between us, would cry watching his old movies. Agree, a perfect song for the season ...
Hopefully, dear Kala. Thank you :)
Hi Patsi! All photos still a dream and, yes, Al is even older than me :)
Thanks, dear Lindalou! Though so young, a movie buff, not surprised you would know about awesome Al Jolson. First talkies and such! So, let's pretend spring has found us :) Perhaps tomorrow !!!
Wonderful slideshow of spring flowers. I thoroughly enjoyed watching it.
ReplyDeleteThank you, Sweetbay. It was fun to create. Happy April :)
ReplyDeleteRain is music to my ears and a sweet smell for my nose.
ReplyDeleteHooray for spring rain!
Beautiful images, Joey.
