So...is that sunflower field off 23 on your up north. We used to pass a sunflower field on the way up to Lost Lake and one year Cait and I stopped so she could take pictures. I was just wondering if it's still there.

And I remembered the name of the bar with the good hamburgers up near Hubbard Lake. It was called Smokey's. Does that ring a bell?

Thank you, dear Kiki. Green Man is hanging on the cottage wall, delighted to be overlooking at the lake from his perched view. Happy August :)

Hi Lindalou! Actually, it's on Nicholson Hill Road, just north of the lake. Too funny, we are on the hill, just a tad south of Smokey's! New owners but the hamburgers are still good ... so you must give us a call if ever near. Just got home late Mon and heading back tomorrow :)

Great shots; looks fantastic. The one with sun golden on the water just drew me right in.

Hi Joey, you have a sassy green man, or is he flirting:) I've never seen one winking like that.
