I love watching the bumblebees. I've taken some pictures of them around the garden, but haven't gotten around to posting them yet. You have inspired me.
Joey: Nice photos of the bees on the Sedum. My Sedum have purple flowers and I will be posting bee and butterfly pics from them on Sunday evening.
I dropped over from Cat's site.
Hasn't it been a great summer for bees, Heirloomgardener? So fascinating to watch ...
Welcome fishing guy (don't you just love visitng our Cat's lovely site) ... I have bees on my Autumn Joy sedum also but preferred the pale pink sedum for this post. Looking forward to viewing yours on Sunday.
BEE-utiful! I know it's corny but I could not resist. LOL.
Jen
Very cute, Jen! Thanks ;)
Hi Nancy ... thanks for visiting and sharing the good news. I was not aware the issue on Blotanical was solved ... many happy people will again feel more of a connection to this fun site.
Great bee shots! I tried this for awhile today but nothing worked out..so I stuck with flower shots... Happy September!
Carol
Joey, what beautifully simple pictures od nature at it's prettiest. I do so admire the way you see things.
I love these photos of the bees on the blossoms. I have been watching the bees all summer; they've been as busy as a ...well, um...a bee!
... and Happy September to you, Carol. I love fascinating bees, so happy in the garden as I am photographing them. Keep shootin' and you'll capture them also.
Thanks dear Beckie ... I admire your view of life also ;)
What a amazingly dreamy set of photos! I love them!

You have such a gift with words, Rose ;)
Thanks Cindy ... enjoy your eye behind the lens also.
Hi, Joey! What a *sweet* little bee! Don't they just do your heart good? I love them so much. Nice photos!
Hugs! Kathryn xoxo
Hello dear Kathryn and thank you. I agree about the bees ... half the joy of gardening is viewing the visitors. (Hugs)
Great shots Joey! That bee definitely looks like he's trying to snuggle into that cushy pink sedum:).
