Wow, those are gorgeous orchids! And I love the sentiments expressed by your quote, above. It really does seem a rarity to find someone who has been able to keep--(long-term)--a new year's resolution:-/ Happy New Year to you, Joey. I say, take one day at a time. I don't do well with New Years Resolutions either:-)
Joey,
The orchids are just gorgeous! The yellow color is so soft and delicate.

Hi Patsi ... not my quote but ... hey ... we Linwood gals must stick together :)
I'm with you, Jan. I never do resolutions but try to live 'each day', moving forward with positive thoughts. And my orchid thanked me :)
Cameron, I was so excited to bring my cymbidium back into the house after its vacation outside, obviously enjoying time away, to thank me!
LOL...that is definately my new favorite New Year's quote, just perfect for personalities like me! Kim
I am one of those who never make NY's resolutions also. But I do love that quote.
Great shots of the orchids.
Jen
Soul sister, Kim ~ I know of 'no one' who has kept a New Year's resolution; exactly why I posted this, dear one!
Good for you, Jen! You are a positive person that doesn't need to :)
Joey, if only the quote came true. :} And you grow orchids too! Lovely color and such eye candy. Thank you for the day brightener.
Oh how funny! I've never seen that posted before and think it very clever. My troubles and my resolutions!
What a great quote and so true! Lovely blooms today, like a refreshing glimpse of a future spring.
I love your quote--and it's a good inspiration for new year's resolutions that don't last! ;-)

Love your cymbidiums, Joey - beautiful blooms and such a happy color - thank you for sharing!
Hello dear Beckie ~ I love orchids and seem to have a bit of luck having them rebloom (not all, but some bless me).
Hi Anna ~ I think it's a great quote that makes me chuckle, wondering ...
Thanks Racquel ... I'm already noticing how the days are brighter ... yea spring!
Wonder how many have already gone by the wayside, Monica :)
Thanks klara ... I'm delighted they are are so happy ;)
Beautiful flowers!!! (I tried an orchid - twice! - but they died. I need to do some research, I guess. I'd love to try once more!) ;-)
Hah! Love that quote. And Joey, those exotic orchids are a sight for sore eyes.
Ooooh! The orchid is gorgeous! I've got a Phalaenopsis blooming right now that I bought last spring. It surprised me with its blooming again so soon. Several of the others have taken much longer to rebloom!
This yellow is just so cheery!
