'BARE BONES OF WINTER' ~ MUGSIE'S WILDCAT STEW

"I prefer winter and fall, when you feel the bone structure in the landscape - the loneliness of it - the dead feeling of winter. Something waits beneath it - the whole story doesn't show."

~ Andrew Wyeth

There's just something about a warm and hearty stew on a cold winter's day!

... and so easy, Robin! Have many 'stew' recipes but this is so simple and wanted to try it in the slow roaster that turned out great (if you have the time to wait). :)
