I completely agree.~~Dee
Oh I posted picture of mine also. They are just so pretty. And, I love that the whole thing just dies down later in the summer. Makes room for the later flowers to follow.
Charming plant. I always loved it. Your collage is very very nice!
Hi Joey, I absolutely love the bleeding hearts. Mine has been blooming for such a long time this spring and still looks wonderful. I must have taken dozens of photos of it. I've been looking at a white one, and might stop by the greenhouse to pick it up if they haven't sold out.
Marnie
Joey, the Goldheart is lovely. I have not seen this one - will have to look for it.
Eileen
Wow, your flowers really look like hanging hearts, so very heart shaped! How beautiful.
Those are gorgeous, we have some Bleeding Hearts in our front garden area and I think they're beautiful.
Bleeding hearts are always so charming in a garden. I planted mine late this year. They're growing, but have yet to flower...I hope they do!
How true! :)
Your hearts are gorgeous, Joey, like your own. :)
Çok muhteşem. Tebrikler.
If you're wordless; then I'm speechless. These are magnificient!
Lovely images of the bleeding hearts - such a delicate and precious little flower.
Gorgeous. Your photos are beautiful.
Of course you would agree, dear Dee. We are gardeners :)
You are exactly right, Hip Chick, and why I so love this plant, shining now but knows when to bow out.
Thanks Tatyana. I have so many plants that tug at my heart in spring it's hard to focus on one but this is a definite favorite, especially the foliage that shines for a long time.
Of all my bleeding hearts, Marnie, 'Gold Heart' with its awesome foliage popping in the wildflower garden is my favorite.
This variety makes me very happy, Eileen!
Agree, Autumn Belle ... a very unique flower!
Always a spring joy, Scott. I 'love' this plant!
I'll keep my fingers crossed, Curbstone! Your heart will leap for joy when it blooms.
Not surprised that you would agree, dear Kate!
Aw Nancy, I'm touched dear friend. We are blessed to know each other for I feel the same about you.

Beautiful Joey! And the proverb is so true. Have a wonderful weekend. :)
What lovely pictures of bleeding heart - I love them and have them in our garden too. Your photos are exquisite and so colourful! Greetings from Vancouver Island. Michelle
Nice proverb to go along with superb photos of the bleeding heart! Mine weren't quite ready to be 'exposed' yet.
Joey, you always manage to find the most perfect quotes! This one resonates with me so well, because I used to wonder what I would do when I retired, because I didn't have any real hobbies. Then I started gardening...
Beautiful photos--I was so thrilled this spring that my bleeding heart finally bloomed.
Thanks, Beckie. The weekend should be interesting Here is weather report tomorrow for Hubbard Lake (planning to put in the boats ...): Cloudy. Periods of snow or rain early...then chance of rain showers in the afternoon. Breezy...colder. Total daytime snow accumulation up to 1 inch. Highs in the upper 30s. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to around 40 mph. Sound like fun :) Happy Mother's Day!
Greetings, Michelle, and thank you for your lovely comment. Just returned from your site, touched by your post.
Thanks Rick. Do hope you share your 'exposed' heart! Happy weekend :)
Thank you, Rose. You have found your niche since it's obvious gardening feeds your soul. I have seen you blossom since knowing you. Happy Mother's Day!
Oh my, such stunning beauty in your garden! Goldheart is my fav bleeding heart.
Jen
Thanks, dear Jen. Goldheart is unforgettable! For me it's not only the beautiful bloom but the foliage, eye-popping in my wildflower garden.
